
8 oz Athenos Tomato Basil Feta Cheese
1 red pepper, roasted and diced
2 tablespoons light sour cream
24 Whole Wheat Ritz crackers
In a small bowl mix crumbled feta, diced red pepper and sour cream. Scoop onto crackers and serve promptly.
